Meet our newest Elements - an antioxidant-rich facial SPF made for skin, not just the sun. The technology in UV AOX Elements not only protects your skin outdoors, with 100% mineral actives to reflect and scatter UVA and UVB rays, but also protects your skin indoors by blocking 56% of HEV (blue light from screens), which is 39% more than our original UV Elements formula. This tinted sunscreen contains antioxidants that help to combat signs of photoaging, such as fine lines and wrinkles, and is proven to reduce detrimental effects of multi-environmental aggressors (i.e., UV, Ozone and PM) by 96%. UV AOX Elements features hyaluronic acid to increase hydration and moisture retention, and bisabolol & ginger root to help calm the skin and visibly reduce redness.

Very thick, almost waterproof. Feels very heavy when on. I usually add a pump of this to the untinted eltamd sunscreen and it’s perfect together!

I've really liked how smooth this goes on. The texture feels really light and creamy and the product is buildable. While it is tinted, it doesn't offer too much coverage so this is more for an everyday layer or just a base before putting on more concealer. I like that it's an easy step to have some coverage + SPF coverage for day-to-day wear.

The consistency is similar to other tinted EltaMD offerings, especially UV Physical. I will likely not repurchase because I did not appreciate the added benefit of this option versus EltaMD UV Physical. That being said, this is a great option for a sunscreen if you want to give it a try and don't mind the extra cost!

Perfect tinted sunscreen
I was using Elta MD tinted sunscreen for acne prone skin, which I liked but it had more of a gel consistency which made my face look greasy. This has a nice light tint. I am fair skinned and use it daily.
