The clinically advanced botanically based ACTIVE PEEL SYSTEM is a powerful yet gentle, fast-acting two-step treatment designed to resurface and polish the skin while providing hydration, rejuvenation, and antioxidant protection.
Designed to use every other day, this complete skin treatment produces a cool tingling sensation upon application as it activates. This well-balanced system helps to improve the appearance of skin tone and texture, resulting in a smooth, hydrated, and more youthful-looking complexion.
Step 1 is designed to provide controlled exfoliation, featuring a proprietary combination of powerful yet gentle botanical acids combined with soothing, nurturing botanical extracts.
Step 2 provides hydration and rejuvenation, featuring our proprietary botanical Extremozyme® technology and Copper Tripeptide-1 combined with soothing active botanicals.
Recommended for use every other day, preferably in the evening. After cleansing, apply Step 1 over entire face and neck; leave on for three minutes (do not rinse), then apply Step 2 over same area, and leave on. Amazing! But beware of fragrance.
I absolutely LOVE iSClinical Products and was super excited to try this. It's been about a week since I've been using it every other day like the directions say to and my first impression is that it's great! I felt my face getting tighter (in a good way) and finally experienced the "glass skin" look that everyone raves about online. The exfoliation in these pads didn't cause my skin to peel like I thought it would. So I would say it's definitely a very light chemical exfoliant. Although I do like this product, I will say that I didn't realize that it had fragrance. I've now started to notice that my skin is getting its usual bumps from being irritated by fragrance which is my bad because I should have checked the ingredients beforehand. Alas, I will have to stop using this product. But, if you aren't sensitive to fragrance and want a light chemical exfoliant, these pads are great!
