PCA Facial Wash invigorates the skin as it eliminates, dirt, debris, excess oil and makeup, leaving the skin soft, supple and pH balanced. Ideal for normal, sensitive and rosacea-prone skin, its non-irritating and paraben-free formula gently exfoliates with lactic acid. Aloe vera and allantoin soothe the complexion leaving it fresh, clear and calm.
Apply a small amount to damp skin with fingertips and massage into a foaming lather concentrating on the T-zone area. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.

Great facewash... Can be a little drying and the smell isn't the best
My esthetician recommended I switch from Cetaphil to PCA products. I LOVE them. I'm 35 with combination skin and occasional rosacea breakouts. This facewash leaves my skin feeling very clean and does a great job of removing makeup (eye makeup too!). Only cons: 1. It can be a little drying - occasionally leaving my skin feeling tight, until moisturizer is applied. I rotate between the PCE Creamy cleanser and this one so I don't overdry my skin. 2. The smell is a little funky. Doesn't deter me from using it but I wish it smelled just a little better. 3. The lid is prone to leaking. I've opened my travel cosmetics bag to a gooey mess before. I have just transferred the product to a specialty travel bottle.

I've used this for years because it's gentle and cleans well. I have tried others from time to time but I always return to PCA. I have sensitive skin and redness. It works and is non irritating. No scent.

Gentle lactic acid wash
This cleanser offers a very gentle, no-fuss, efficient exfoliating action on sensitive skin; I like to use it in the morning for a nice smoothening and brightening effect as my sunscreen and concealer go on - it helps to make me look more refreshed and rested (even when I am not!) I especially like that it gives good results while having a very user-friendly gel texture and packaging for those bleary and tired mornings. In the winter there are mornings when this may feel a little too intense for my skin so I wouldn't recommend this as your only cleanser if you have very sensitive and acne-prone skin - for me it's more of a treatment cleanse to alternate with even plainer ones, in order to help keep the acne away. I don't love the chemically smell, which is characteristic of lactic acid treatments, but will tolerate it for the product's efficiency and results.

I think this cleanser can be a little bit drying. However, I do find that it cleanses thoroughly and may help with oil production. Overall, I find it to be a safe cleansing option and I think the price is fine for the amount you get.

Simply the best
I love this facial wash so much. It's super gentle, but also really cleansing. The only downside is travelling with it- the product will leak, which is a bummer when you spend so much. I usually remedy this by putting a piece of plastic wrap over the top, then screw the lid back on.

love this gentler cleanser
I will be using this for a long time! I love how gentle it is on my skin. It has no scent and leaves my skin feeling smooth and clean. I first clean my face with a little bit of Jojoba oil, then I wash off with this cleanser. I pat my skin dry with a soft towel and then apply the PCA Nutrient Toner with a cotton pad. I finish off with the PCA Rejuvinating Serum and then some mineral sunscreen if I'm going outside. The PCA products, along with monthly facials, have my skin feeling well balanced. I've been getting regular SkinPen treatments, and this cleanser is gentle enough to use afterwards. I would highly recommend this cleanser to anyone with combination skin like mine.
