It's just ok, but it does have a purpose
I love lip care products, but am sensitive to many common ingredients in lip balms and glosses, and this is one of the few that I can use. I do really like the consistency, but I don't feel like it's super hydrating - at least not enough for cold, dry, Minnesota winters. Maybe in the summer time it will be enough. I also haven't noticed a difference in the texture of my lips (but my lips weren't really damaged to begin with). However, I will probably continue to purchase it, because it's nice to have a product that is a balm instead of a gloss.

Don't see any miracle about this
I bought this with high hope since it has so many great reviews. However, it does nothing to my lips. My lips are normal, not too dry, but i do have some dry patch here and there. I used it religiously twice a day as instructed, i did not see any improvement or any changes. During The 2nd week of using it, i went to a skiing trip and it did not help to keep my lips moist at all. It actually did nothing. I had to go to a ride aids to buy a Burt's bee lip balm and it did a much better job. Just use your face moisturizer to be honest, you may get better result than wasting $38 ( plus tax) on this

Miracle product!
OMG Skinceuticals you saved my life with this miracle product! I do not even exaggerate! My lips are very dry and chapped all the time. It does not matter what I do or do not do to them. Now when it is winter in New England they are even worse. My lips literally were an open wound. I tried probably everything to heal them with no success until I tried Skinceuticals Lip Repair. I was putting the treatment throughout the day and before going to bed even though the directions say to apply twice daily. And next day my lips were hilled! Soft, smooth, not dry at all. Great overnight lip cream
I use this treatment every night before bed. It is a solid product and the tube lasts a long time as you only need use a small pump each time. It applies smooth and leaves my lips very soft and hydrated. My only gripe would be that once you start you can't stop! On nights I've missed my lips are noticeably drier upon waking.
