Not working for me
I feel like I am missing something with this product! I will apply to clean skin and moments after it's absorbed I have patches of visibly flaky, dry skin (where before applying it looks OK). I am following with a moisturizer as directed and this helps a little, but for the price of this product I don't expect this result.

Severe Issues with Dry Skin - This Didn't Help
I have been dealing with these SEVERE dry patches on my face for months now. I'm not sure if it's due to wearing a mask 24/7 or if I am dealing with an eeczema-type situation, but I've been on a quest for SOMETHING to help alleviate the dryness and bring moisture to my skin. Cue this Skinceuticals product which I can add to the long list of products that have yet to help (I've tried the Avene Skin Recovery Cream, the Avene Cicalfate+ Restorative Protective Cream, Kiehls Midnight Recovery Serum (which i actually think has helped the most out of all these products), Drunk Elephant's F-Balm Electrolyte Waterfacial, the Dr. Jart+ Cicapair tiger grass cream, The Inkey List polyglutamic acid, EltaMD Skin Recovery Toner, EltaMD Skin Recovery Serum, and I could continue to go on... I LOVE Skinceuticals and use their products regularly - a few masks and their Blemish Age Defense Serum which I use quite regularly on my forehead for breakouts - so I was hoping this might be the end of my quest. I've used the product for 2 days now and apply regularly throughout the day since I'm WFH, and it seems to make it worse! Now instead of just having dry patches, they are getting flakey and I wake up with flakes as opposed to just a feeling of parched skin. A few of the other products I tried did the same thing (which is why I tossed the Cicalfate+ recovery cream), so I am not sure what to do here. I may continue to use it for a week before I determine whether or not I need to send it back and try something else. So far, this hasn't done anything to help my skin in the way that I thought it would. Also if anyone has recommendations based on the photos of my face, please let me know! it's been hard for me to find time to go see a dermatologist, but I am going to give the Cheryl Lee MD Sensitive Skin Care line a try, having just purchased the Eczema Experts Hydrocortisone Barrier Cream and the Relieve & Protect Ointment.

Perfect Addition to my Morning Routine
This product is amazing! I have sensitive, acne prone skin so I am always worried when trying a new product, but I am so glad I tried this one! It is extremely hydrating, makes my skin look plump and I dont have dry patches any more. I use in the morning after my Vitamin C serum and this will absolutely be a staple in my routine moving forward. It feels amazing putting it on and I havent yet, but Im sure using a jade roller with this would make it feel like a luxurious spa experience.

Im in love with this stuff, its so soft and gentle on your face and incredibly hydrating but also sinks in quickly which is especially good if you have oily skin although this is suitable for all skin types. You also really don't need a lot when applying. I'm so happy I've found this brand I just wish I'd found them sooner!
