Not bad, not really amazing
The ingredients in this are nice and simple, which I like. I wanted to try the HA intensifier but it has essential oils and other junk in it. This hasn't caused breakouts or irritation but I'm not sure if it's helping with hydration either. I will continue to use but unsure if I will buy again. Skinceuticals- please start making more essential oil and fragrance free products!

Initial Results Aren't Achieved Over Time
I suspect that a lot of these reviews were written in the first week of use when skin appeared glowy, plump, and utterly transformed. My boyfriend and roommate both commented on how incredible my skin looked after 3 uses. Now I'm into week 4 and my skin looks the same as before I started using.

I've been using for two weeks, twice a day, so far I don't see any wow results. That surprise me, most skinceuticals products have showed some results with a week or two. Also, this product consistency is almost like water, which makes easily to waste or dripping from the dropper. No scent.

Nice under foundation
I switched to the Hydrating B5 Gel after having used the HA Intensifier from more than a year. Although I find the HA intensifier more hydrating and plumping, it pills off of my skin in tiny pieces after about 30 minutes. It was extremely difficult to apply makeup over it. The B5 Gel does not pill. It has a slightly less hydrating feel but I like that because it is also not sticky feeling once it dries. No problem wearing makeup over it. I use it in the daytime under a moisturizer and continue to use the HA Intensifier at bedtime also under a moisturizer. I am giving it 4 stars because it is not as hydrating as the HA Intensifier.

Not bad! But not sure!
It definitely does not irritate my skin at all and I have very sensitive, dry skin. It goes on smooth and has no scent. I want it to work as it feels great to apply. The only thing is after 6 weeks of use I haven't really noticed a difference in hydration or appearance of my skin. I'm going to continue to use in conjunction with my CE Fer. Serum and hope things change.

Disappointing
Surprised to say I really don't like this product. I have sensitive combo skin, and use other skinceuticals product with success (retexturizing activator, triple lipid restore), but found this very irritating. It was kind of sticky and make my skin feel tight and dry, and overall more irritated. Felt more like a treatment serum than a moisturizer.

Makes a big difference
I've been using this product consistently for 6 weeks now and have noticed an improvement in my skin. I have normal to dry skin and I had a problem where my skin would get flaky no matter how much I moisturized. Since introducing this into my skin care routine, my skin doesn't flake any more and looks very hydrated.

I will preface this review by saying I love just about every SkinCeuticals product. That being said, I don't have terribly dry skin, but whenever I use retinol at night, I like to apply a hydrating product in the morning. This product is perfect for my needs, and I will repurchase.
