I have read to leave on overnight and then others do 10-15 minutes. I tried to do it overnight, but I found it too sticky feeling to sleep comfortably. However, just using it 10-20 mins a couple times a week seems to be working. While I can’t personally see a difference, others (without knowing) have mentioned how my skin glows, so it must be doing something a little extra.
