To me, this is effective IF...
I find these to be effective if you catch your zit in its initial stages. Once it's settled, these dots make little difference (if not worsen it). I hadn't noticed that until it took forever for my order to be delivered. I'll keep buying them sure, but will need to place a new order way before I run out of them.

These were OK, I helped a bit but not on a larger pimple
I found these dots did help reduce the size of a pimple, but they made a minor effect. I cannot say that they totally help clear up any acne blemishes. I find them a bit expensive for what they actually do

The perfect spot treatment!
I am fortunate to not have super acne-prone skin. However, I will occasionally get a good sized pimple on forehead or neck. Traditional acne treatments tend to be too drying on my skin as a whole, but these dots are the perfect spot treatment! In addition to quickly drying my developed pimples, it significantly deceases mass and timeframe of those pesky hormonal under-the-skin throbbers. You know the ones.

Good, but not a miracle
There are a lot of good things about this product: 1) there are 2 different sizes that work well for different parts of your face 2) they are completely clear and are actually pretty difficult to see once applied. I'd be comfortable running a few errands with one or 2 on my face but I wouldn't go out with friends 3) they stay put. I usually wear them overnight and they're exactly where I put them when I wake up 4) I'm pretty sure they're working to reduce my blemishes and they don't irritate my skin at all. There is absolutely no scent. All that said, they do not completely erradicate a blemish overnight. If you're expecting them to help speed along the clearing up process, then these are probably a good purchase for you.

Be realistic, and you'll be pleased
My skin is generally oily with large pores, and I definitely have the occasional acne flare-up. I'd been reading about these blemish dots in different magazines, and after doing a lot of market research (basically Google comparing these to the Peter Thomas Roth dots), I ended up pulling the trigger. I've been using these dots for a few weeks now, and I can say that they don't work miracles on existing or pronounced zits, but if you see the beginnings of inflammations somewhere on your face and use a spot right away overnight, they do seem to calm everything down by the next day.

Effective, Invisible, I will buy them forever
I got a sample of these dots in my Beauty Box and finally tried them out. They are a total game changer. I am a skin picker. There was a blemish on my chin that I kept picking and picking until I realized that I was going to wake up to a much worse situation. So I decided to try these dots. First, they are practically INVISIBLE. I originally thought I'd only ever use them overnight but you could absolutely wear them during the day! Second, they keep you from picking your spots. I need this desperately. Third, I woke up to a spot that was now completely flat, significantly less red, and well on its way to healing. I've used topical salicylic acid many, many, many times on similar spots and got nowhere near this quick of results. I think that the negative reviews of this product are from people with unrealistic expectations. I see these as a much needed step up from previous go-to acne spot treatments of topical benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid - except these dots deliver an extended dose and protect your spot from bacteria and skin picking. Excellent product.

I got a sample pack in my Beauty Fix box, and I love, love, love it!! I get adult acne when stressed or that time of the month... Put on over night, and wake up in the morning, close to being gone!! Acne totally gone after 3 nights of use... I have brown skin, not sure if that matters, but dots are invisible... I can wear throughout the day, and nobody notices!! Purchasing a full set right now!
