great for brightening under eyes
I love this product. It is one of very few products that produces results immediately. My under eye area is brightened dramatically upon application. My only reason for not giving this 5 stars is due to the packaging. Once the pump stops lifting the cream up, you can either throw it away, or use surgical skills to cut the bag out of the bottom of the bottle. If you cut the bag out you will get another 2 weeks worth of product. As pricey as this product is, I would think they would package it so you can get full use of the product.

this is a miracle at depuffing my eyes and brightening almost instantly yes your dark circles might be more visible, so I would recommend concealer, but at least your eyes aren't puffy!

During the holiday season, I wasn't getting enough sleep and would wake up looking like I hadn't slept in days; puffy eyes, dark circles, you name it! I found a small sample of Auto Correct at the bottom of my makeup drawer and started using it every morning because it improved my appearance almost immediately! A couple drops of Auto Correct and few swipes with my jade roller and voila! My eyes were un-puffed, my skin tone was bright, no longer red, reduced sun spots, and that was after checking about 10-20 minutes later! I'm on my second bottle and am definitely noticing an improvement of the darkness under my eyes. It's not terribly rich, almost thin really. I would prefer something with a bit more moisture but my face cream seems to pick up the slack. Overall, it's a good product. It's the first eye cream that I've ordered a second time, so that's something.

Brighteners, like makeup
This cream has brighteners in it (sparkly) and is slightly tinted. Does it minimize the appearance of dark circles? Yes, but in the way makeup does. Got a sample of this eye cream in a Best of Dermstore kit. I'm wary of Sunday Riley products because they are very expensive and had their employees write fake reviews to boost sales. Not cool, would rather not give them my business. I wish Good Genes wasn't so great, oh well! This is an okay product, nothing special and for the price, I can't see purchasing a full-sized.
