Great product
I'd used a sample, loved it and bought the full-size tube. That's a huge tube and will last me months using twice daily. My skin is softer, more even-toned and looks visibly brighter. You really need a small dollop and it spreads easily. It's got a slight medicinal smell (something I've noticed with most SK products) but that doesn't bother me. This is neither foamy nor will it work up to a lather. But the results were instantaneous unlike other products that promise results within a week. At least, it was so in my case.

One of my favorite cleansers
I use this 1-2x times a day and just love it. It has a thicker texture and really feels like it gets your skin clean. Plus, it won't turn your skin red after using it (I have pretty sensitive skin). It also helps keep my adult acne at bay, so it is a constant in my routine.

Give this a chance (or a few chances)
I ordered this over 6 months ago and at first, my skin couldn't tolerate it, despite the fact that I can use other acid serums and tretinoin. So I put it at the back of my cabinet. Then on a whim, I pulled it out a few weeks ago to try it again, because while I love the iS Clinical Cleansing Complex, I still get hormonal break outs and lots of hard oil deposits in my skin. Now, my skin not only tolerates the Glycolic Renewal Gel Cleanser, but I LOVE it. Surprisingly, it doesn't irritate my sensitive acne prone skin now. It has really help clear not only my cystic acne, but the hard oil deposits that nothing ever gets rid of. I use several other Skin Ceuticals products, but with this new addition, my skin has never looked better.

Very low impact acid, good for constant use
I got a sample of this, and used every other day for about two weeks. I feel it helped clear up my skin. Didn't feel any tingling. I used the alpha beta peels afterwards and had no issue with irritation. It does a good job at cleansing my skin, but offered very little in exfoliation. I wouldnt use this on the same day as a retinol though, it is strong enough of an acid that it could be a problem. I like it, but like using more hydrating cleanser for daily use.

Excellent cleanser
I love the way the product makes my skin feel. I do have skin that is prone to get red if a product is too aggressive so I found that using this product a few times a week works best for me.

I go back and forth with this one
I love it then I don't. It clears my breakouts then it doesn't. I love the ingredients in this but I might have to switch over to the lha cleanser instead but I don't want to because that one has sulfates in it. Also, I've boughten this twice and the top of the bottle always has a hole and the cleanser spurts out when I squeeze the tube. Usually when I'm halfway done with it.
